In leasing, we use years of experience, our CCIM certified relationships and tools, and a lot of perseverance to take our clients from programming needs through lease negotiations and move in. Industrial Sales and Leasing

Winner's Edge represents manufacturing, distribution and service companies, investors and private owners with their real estate needs. We represent industrial tenants with evaluation of their needs, analyze options for both leasing and acquisition/disposition and then work to implement the actions decided upon to pursue. We use our extensive market knowledge, sophisticated financial analysis and strong negotiations skills to create value for our clients on a daily basis. We work with many municipalities and economic development agencies to assess viable uses of land and properties that our clients are evaluating and bring in architects, engineers and construction professionals to provide the information required to assess each option.

Retail Sales and Leasing

We help evaluate the impact of everything from our clients brand image to economics, location dynamics and operating efficiencies. We help to provide solutions that provide cost savings, operational efficiencies that are measurable proof that each transaction meets or exceeds your goals. Investment Sales
